There is a significant number of students who would like to gain work experience during their studies or shortly after graduation. Currently there is a rather big ‘chicken and egg’ problem when employers want to hire experienced professionals even for entry level jobs thus fresh graduates are in need of help getting their first work experience. We decided to help.
Our internships are intended at Russian speakers from Russia and CIS countries who would like to use their language skills and knowledge of cultural differences to understand the market and help companies grow their businesses in Russia/CIS.
We believe in practice based learning and provide all the necessary tools and mentoring to our interns to learn while carrying out business related tasks like market research, due diligence, social media marketing, administrative tasks and much more. We will throw you in the waters of business, non for profit and charity work. Equipped with necessary tools and knowledge you will complete one task after another becoming more and more proficient, focused and confident in your skills. Under our minimum supervision and with complete support (tools, mentoring, trainings) you will ‘build up muscle’ and complete the programme with a clear understanding of your future plans, honed hard & soft skills, technical knowledge, incredible self-confidence and new friends.
You will become the ambassador of Russian speaking professionals setting up highest working and personal standards and promote positive image within the community. During each and every one of our internships you will learn:
– IT (Blogging, Social Media Marketing, Content Management, E-commerce, SEO, PPC).
– Writing Skills (a team of professional copywriters & editors will help you get a feel of writing and develop your own style).
– Market Research
– Project Management
– Presentation Skills
